Matt Ferrell was referred to me by my coworker who bought a house last year. Him and the lender Morgan worked with me day and night. Matt has shown me lots of houses and running numbers with Morgan to make sure it fit my budget etc. I had to pause because my mom had a lot of health problems and lots of ambulance rides and hospital stays, but he was professional and concerned and would check on me and my mom. One day I texted I’m ready and we met at this house and when we got out our vehicles he had open arms and told me to bring it in and hugged me and asked me about my mom etc. for me not to have any family in town but my mom it was nice for someone to be genuinely concerned. I would text him I know you tired of me, he had been working with me since last year I had to sign another contract. He would say I’m not tired of you stop saying that. This last house I decided on we did a walk through and things were not done decent and in order but Matt took care of it he contacted the sellers realtor and got everything done. Morgan (Eagles Bank) the lender was super awesome too, she came to my job twice to get things from me for the process because I couldn’t get to the bank. She is so sweet and kind every time we met it was with a hug and the love that Matt & Morgan showed me was heaven sent. They worked hard for me through several situations and never stopped until they got me my home. If you want to work with the best choose Matt and Morgan!
