Working with Matt Ferrell, the seller’s agent, was a deeply frustrating experience. Throughout the process, he was consistently difficult to communicate with and provided extremely vague, unhelpful responses—specifically regarding critical repair requests like a large gaping door opening. His lack of professionalism nearly caused us to walk away from the transaction. If it hadn’t been for our own agent, the deal would have completely fallen through. I strongly advise prospective buyers to proceed with extreme caution if Matt Ferrell is representing the seller.
